A HOST/OWNER is a homeowner looking to rent property. Homeowners can apply, pay and receive Short-Term Rental Licenses from the County’s online system.

A PLATFORM rental licensee is a company used to by the owner to rent out your property such as condo, single family home, etc. (i.e., Airbnb, etc.). Online platforms that facilitate short-term rentals apply, pay and receive Short-Term Rental Platform Licenses from the County’s only system.
